Job Summary

  • We are a team of dynamic and driven professionals responsible for the 360° relationship of our Services Partners to ensure they are empowered to help sell, deliver quality deployments and innovate with Workday.
  • The successful candidate will have strategic and operational skills in order to develop and translate a business plan into results and experience running partnerships with a Cloud company.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $116,600 USD - $174,900 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $98,500 USD - $174,900 USD; Bonus/Equity: Role may be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants.

  • 4+ years SI Partner Manager experience
  • 4+ years Business Development/Sales/Channel Management
  • 4+ years recruiting and growing partnerships
  • Experience implementing key partner programs
  • Sales and/or Marketing experience
