Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3+ years FP&A experience
  • 2+ years direct management experience
  • Deep command of SaaS financial metrics
  • End-to-end P&L ownership
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Anaplan or Adaptive planning tools
  • Proficiency in BI tools like Looker or Tableau
  • MBA or CPA certification preferred
  • Passion for building high-performing teams
  • Bias toward action and continuous improvement

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years progressive experience in FP&A
  • At least 2 years managing direct reports
  • Experience at a public SaaS or high-growth technology company
  • Ability to work hybrid environment 3 days per week in Austin
