  • Configure and implement Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, Salary Basis, Salary Structures, Compensation Plans, Budgets, and Eligibility Profiles.
  • Provide guidance on compensation best practices and process optimization, support UAT, prepare training materials, and conduct end-user training sessions.
