The Kitchen Equipment/HVAC Technician is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep on all dining facilities equipment and assists in HVAC responsibilities for all athletic venues.
The technician is also responsible for completing all preventive maintenance work orders associated with extending the kitchen and HVAC equipment lifecycle.
