As part of the health care team, the Home Health Nurse assumes primary accountability for nursing coordination and provision of individualized care for patients of all ages.
This is a full-time on call time weekend position. Company equipment, mileage reimbursement. Sign on bonus eligible up to $30K. Rotate holidays.
