Job Summary
The Pfizer Payroll Associate is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of all payroll activities and operations for assigned payroll cycles/populations.
Manage activities associated with regular execution of assigned payrolls, including collection and validation of inputs and error resolution.
Ensure all necessary audit processes are implemented and followed to assure Sarbanes-Oxley, external and internal audit compliance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field OR Associate degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma with 6 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience with U.S. payroll
Advanced communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
Experience in payroll, accounting, or human resources
