  • The HR Analyst will be responsible for delivering seamless and engaging employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, engagement, surveys, rewards, HR MIS, and workforce data support.
  • Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end onboarding process, facilitating employee connect programs, executing R&R programs, creating and maintaining organization charts, and managing HR MIS and reporting.
  • The role requires strong coordination, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, detail orientation, and IT capabilities, with a data-driven mindset and employee-centric approach.

Key Requirements
