Business Development & Market ExpansionIdentify and develop new business opportunities within industries such as electronics, semiconductors, electroplating and related manufacturing sectors. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of industrial customers and sourcing opportunities. Develop strategies to expand market presence and increase recurring business opportunities. Monitor market trends, industry developments and regulatory requirements relevant to precious metals sourcing activities. Client Management & Commercial ActivitiesEngage prospective and existing customers to understand operational needs and identify commercially viable solutions. Work closely with internal technical and laboratory teams to evaluate material recovery potential and business feasibility. Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations for customers. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and supply agreements to achieve profitability objectives. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and account management. Team Leadership & CollaborationLead and support the business development team in achieving sales and profitability targets. Conduct regular pipeline reviews, monitor KPIs and provide coaching to improve commercial effectiveness. Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Laboratory and related departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with internal procedures, KYC requirements and relevant industry regulations. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline preferred. At least 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience within industrial, recycling, commodities, metals or related sectors. Proven track record in acquiring new customers and developing profitable commercial accounts. Prior experience leading or mentoring a sales/business development team will be advantageous.
