The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in long-term care and a valid nursing license, along with strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Job Summary
The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures, and ensure that all nursing service personnel comply with established procedures.
You will also participate in developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling in-service training classes to ensure a well-educated nursing service department.
