Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to develop, coordinate, direct, and administer the facility’s marketing and public relations programs and services.
  • This role involves maintaining positive relationships with families, residents, community and civic leaders, and coordinating with news media to share positive developments and promotions.
  • The position requires preparing and managing the departmental operating budget in collaboration with the Administrator and maintaining confidentiality of all resident information.
