Job Summary
As an Associate embedded in the COO Office, you will support and drive competitive advantage across RBC Capital Markets by translating strategy into operational execution and measurable outcomes.
You will drive zero-based cost transparency analyses across Capital Markets functions, supporting the establishment of true cost baselines for each business line.
Lead efforts to quantify and capture value from AI tools (including Aiden), build frameworks to measure productivity gains and time savings, partner with AI & Digital team on high-impact use cases, drive adoption, and ensure AI-related savings are validated and incorporated into P&E benefits tracking.
