Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • You will be responsible for recording all entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts in an informative and descriptive manner.
  • You must assist residents with daily functions including mouth care, bathing, hair combing, and dressing/undressing as necessary.
