The Senior Director will direct a global team across multiple regions/sites, and is accountable for the execution, and driving ‘best-in-class’ capabilities, in IBP (Integrated Business Planning), inventory management, supply and production planning for the J&J Vision, Vision Care business.
Responsible for developing teams and leaders to drive next level capabilities, improve supply chain effectiveness, drive performance, through process excellence, digital solutions, coaching and, benchmark leveraging.
Champions the development of leadership and planning capabilities across the supply chain planning organization aligned with CREDO behaviors and leadership imperatives.
