Job Summary

  • Under general supervision, you supervise, coordinate, and control the safe and efficient operation of an assigned work unit.
  • You assign, supervise, and review the work of staff in the assigned work unit, implement production plans according to the approved schedule, and may participate in the full range of daily operational duties performing the most difficult tasks.
  • The company offers several amenities, including company housing OR employees who are required to work on-site are eligible for a $750 monthly housing allowance, provided they meet program guidelines, a newly constructed daycare and community center, library, health-care facilities, state-of-the-art fitness centers, a movie theater and a skate park.
