The HR V&A team partners with deal teams across Accenture’s acquisitions to design and implement HR solutions enabling integration.
The Market Practitioner will be accountable for the success, effectiveness, and on-time delivery of HR due diligence and integration work stream activities.
Key responsibilities include defining due diligence approaches, developing solutions for compensation, benefits, and HR policies, and managing the end-to-end onboarding process for acquired employees.
