Job Summary
Join the largest Joint Commission Accredited Inpatient Diabetes Service with the most recent recertification in February 2022.
Work as a member of the team to independently assess and manage patients with diabetes in the inpatient setting, and implement diabetes care plans developed in collaboration with the physicians and other team members.
