  • Key responsibilities include partnering closely with Account Executives, serving as a trusted technical and operational advisor during complex sales cycles, and leading end-to-end solution design for complex customer engagements.
  • The role is intentionally designed to expand in scope over time, with potential for people leadership, increased ownership of revenue operations strategy, and expanded influence over professional services strategy.
