8+ years project-related Operations experience in manufacturing
Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management or Engineering
Strong understanding of plant floor and supply chain operations
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple client teams on complex projects
Nice-to-have
MBA or Master's degree preferred
Previous consulting experience preferred
PMP Certification is a plus
