Mento Group is seeking experienced product management leaders to serve as remote coaches, focusing on developing individuals' leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in product management, a passion for coaching, and a commitment to personal growth
Job Summary
The role involves forming 1:1 partnerships with members to help them identify goals, become better leaders, and feel fulfilled at work.
All coaches must participate in an ICF-certified training program to master the Mento Coaching Methodology before working with members.
Candidates must be senior product leaders with 20+ years of experience who can dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per month for 24 months.
