Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in customer service, parts, supply chain, or related field
Bachelor’s degree in Business
Manufacturing experience with Lean processes strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional operational teams
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (MAPICS preferred)
