Job Summary

  • Accountable for implementation, execution, and delivery of training programs aimed at growing revenue and profit for the commercial organization.
  • Serve as classroom facilitator for new hire onboarding, product training, and ongoing skill development sessions, executing training at national and regional meetings, virtual sessions, and field-based programs.
  • Partner with SMEs and Instructional Designer to update, maintain, and refine existing training content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment to product updates and business needs.
