Job Summary
Achieve assigned Area/TBM wise sales target and support team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly target.
Conduct activities and programs as per division strategy, develop and mentor team for the next level, and ensure areas stock availability of all products.
Monitor brand wise & value wise month on month sales progression and guide TBMs on critical doctor conversion and engagement.
