• Lead the onboarding operations function within WCB Imports, maintaining accountability for seller onboarding execution, compliance, and performance.
• Define and manage the onboarding and expansion roadmap for Walmart Imports sellers, ensuring offerings align with seller needs, operational capabilities, and program scale objectives.
• Partner with product and technology teams to influence automation, tooling, and workflow enhancements, incorporating seller feedback and operational insights.

Key Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in business product design, development, or operational strategy
• 5-7 years of experience leading customer or seller acquisition, onboarding, or implementation efforts
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field
• MBA strongly preferred
• Experience in eCommerce or online marketplaces
• Supply chain, transportation, or compliance exposure strongly preferred
