The Quality Compliance Staff will serve as the primary Quality Management System representative for the department, ensuring alignment with QMS standards and facilitating training and awareness programs.
This role involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting Cost of Poor Quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements while conducting manufacturing and OES audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Key Requirements
4-year college degree or 3 years relatable work experience
Past ISO, IATF or similar certification experience
