Job Summary

  • The Tax Credit Allocation Officer II is responsible for the completion and/or review of Carryovers, Indenture of Restrictive Covenants, Carryover/10% tests, and Cost Certification packages.
  • Essential functions include becoming well versed on Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code and the Agency’s Qualified Allocation Plan, and keeping apprised of all regulatory changes.
  • This role involves reviewing awarded Tax Credit applications, verifying documentation, determining eligible basis and tax credits, and ensuring project compliance with guidelines and federal regulations.
