Job Summary
The Tax Credit Allocation Officer II is responsible for the completion and/or review of Carryovers, Indenture of Restrictive Covenants, Carryover/10% tests, and Cost Certification packages.
Essential functions include becoming well versed on Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code and the Agency’s Qualified Allocation Plan, and keeping apprised of all regulatory changes.
This role involves reviewing awarded Tax Credit applications, verifying documentation, determining eligible basis and tax credits, and ensuring project compliance with guidelines and federal regulations.
