  • Lead the investigation of all Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) from Production and Site and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Create and manage Power BI dashboards to visualize engineering KPIs and analyze the data flow between engineering tools.
  • Consolidate "Lessons Learnt" from site and production into updated Engineering Standards and Checklists and ensure effective communication and adoption.
