Job Summary

  • This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for the sales organization (33 Field Representatives and 5 Sales Managers) and a central contribution to the definition and execution of commercial strategies in close partnership with the Business Unit Director.
  • Lead and coordinate the national Sales organization for the Vet Channel (Field Representatives and Sales Managers), ensuring excellent execution in the field.
  • Develop, coach, and motivate the sales team, fostering a performance-driven, customer-centric, and compliant culture.
