Stryker is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate based in Spokane, WA, to support sales efforts in the local territory and beyond. The role involves working closely with Sales Representatives to promote and educate healthcare professionals about Stryker's products, while also managing inventory and customer relationships
Job Summary
The Upper Extremities Sales Associate will partner closely with Sales Representative(s) in the area to quickly learn the medical device industry and Upper Extremities business, and then contribute to the growth of that business in the assigned territory.
Attend surgeries in which Stryker Upper Extremities products are used, to ensure all products are available for surgeon use in each case and to instruct surgeons regarding product use and functionality.
Partner with the Sales Representative and organization to meet and exceed business targets (quotas).
