Expertise in 2.5D/3D CoW assembly development
TSV interconnect knowledge and physics of failures
Foundry process node interaction understanding
Chemistry development with packaging consumable suppliers
NPI through high volume manufacturing track record
Nice-to-have
Experience with photonics packaging preferred
Strong project management at executive level
Can-do attitude with high sense of urgency
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Key Requirements
M.S or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics
