Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the technical and operational support of plant facilities, utilities, and chemical processing manufacturing, driving a strong and robust Reliability Maintenance Program.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring external GMP, KORE and ISO compliance for 3 sites, supervising wastewater treatment, managing site master plan projects, and overseeing security, landscaping, pest control, and office cleaning.
  • The role requires providing leadership and technical support to maintenance teams, understanding and initiating preventive maintenance systems, and utilizing various computer software for data analysis and KPI tracking.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering
  • 1-5 years facilities maintenance experience
  • 1-4 years supervisory experience
  • 3-5 years high volume manufacturing experience
  • Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma
  • Experience in an ISO certified plant
