Job Summary
The EHS Technician will assist the Director of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) in maintaining campus compliance in general safety, fire safety, lab safety, asbestos maintenance, hazardous materials, recycling, and animal control.
This position requires routine safety systems inspection and repair, fire systems maintenance, lamp recycling, safety/general equipment inspection, and animal control.
The role involves performing miscellaneous trouble calls/fire alarm responses and other duties as assigned, governed by government regulations and agency/institution policy.
