The Chief Engineer plans, organizes, and supervises maintenance, repair, janitorial, construction, and other related areas of the buildings, structures, and grounds.
Create and oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and cleaning programs, and develop an effective ongoing preventive maintenance program.
