The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
You will assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, and preparing for medical tests while ensuring their comfort and safety.
You must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information, report any changes in resident condition, and cooperate with nursing personnel to improve service quality.
