The Senior IT Support Officer provides an efficient and effective ICT Technical Support Service, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting hardware and software problems timely and accurately.
This position maintains the stable operation of in-house / On Site computer systems, including installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software, and providing end-user support.
Key responsibilities include assisting with client end installations, network connectivity troubleshooting, firewall maintenance, complex software installation for desktop management, and performing system backups and recovery.
