  • The Senior IT Support Officer provides an efficient and effective ICT Technical Support Service, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting hardware and software problems timely and accurately.
  • This position maintains the stable operation of in-house / On Site computer systems, including installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software, and providing end-user support.
  • Key responsibilities include assisting with client end installations, network connectivity troubleshooting, firewall maintenance, complex software installation for desktop management, and performing system backups and recovery.
