Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and possess at least a 10th-grade education to perform essential duties such as assisting with bathing, dressing, and mobility.
The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, including reporting all accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse while maintaining the confidentiality of protected health information.
