The ideal candidate will have significant experience in venture debt and will manage end-to-end transaction processes, fundraising, and portfolio management, all while promoting sustainable investment strategies.

Job Summary

As Director, you will own end-to-end execution from origination through closing, and play a material role in the fundraising, portfolio management and investments with credible deal and structuring expertise.
You will lead transactions end-to-end, drive diligence, underwriting, term sheet negotiation, documentation process management, and closing across external counsel, sponsors, and management teams.
