The Strategy & Performance (S&P) function is an enablement function supporting Financial Crime Operations to meet the performance and quality objectives set by the Group.
As the Senior Product Manager (GCO, Screening, LEA, Offboarding) you will be part of the FCS Knowledge team, reporting to the Knowledge Lead, and part of the wider Strategic Governance and Initiatives Team.
You bring a solid understanding of knowledge management, user-centred design, and enabling technologies including AI, and are eager to apply these skills to support product development and delivery.
