Job Summary

  • The Sales Supervision Contact Center Coordinator will manage and appropriately respond to incoming calls from the Contact Center on behalf of the Sales Supervision team.
  • Additional responsibilities include supporting the workflow of non-digital annuity and alternative investment cases and working in conjunction with Sales Supervision Principals for efficient workflow management.
