Job Summary

  • The Senior EHS Expert will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving a systematic, ISO 45001-compliant EHS risk management system at the Bern site.
  • Key responsibilities include moderating risk analyses, conducting hazard assessments, leading pSIF investigations, performing technical safety evaluations, and providing EHS support for projects.
  • This role requires strong communication and moderation skills, with the ability to coordinate EHS specialists and act as a technical hub between Engineering, Operations, Quality, and EHS.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Safety Engineering or similar
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001
  • Fluent German and very good English
