Responsibilities include setting the pace for the shift, motivating staff, ensuring timely food preparation, managing stock, and maintaining high sanitation standards.
The role requires monitoring compliance with OSHA, health, and fire regulations, planning food production, and resolving guest complaints regarding food quality or service.
