The Therapeutic Assistant is responsible for providing patient care as directed by a multi-disciplinary treatment program and supporting the therapeutic environment.
This role requires attending 75% of unit staff meetings and working three 12-hour day shifts per week, including weekends and holidays.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree or 1 year behavioral health experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 2 weeks
