Key Requirements
Current registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience working with seniors
Experience with unregulated care providers
Education and experience in gerontology, rehabilitation, community/complex/long term care
Strong written and oral communication skills
Critical thinking skills
Care coordination skills
Time management skills
Customer focus skills
Demonstrated sound clinical knowledge
Ability to delegate to unregulated care providers
Maintain competencies as per governing College standards
