Job Summary

• You will be responsible for working with customers to understand and analyse their business processes, aligning them with our standards wherever possible, and translating their needs into detailed software requirements, use cases, and Software Functional Specifications (SFS).
• Plan, organise, and execute customer-facing software requirements workshops and Software Functional Specification (SFS) workshops.
