Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility of an Agent – Casino Services is to assist Casino guests and Casino Marketing personnel to ensure that all requests, needs, and services are conducted in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Assist and host executives, casino guests, slot guests, and authorized personnel with suite reservations, limo requests, restaurant and show reservations, and issuance of comps based on play in an expedient courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction and anticipate guests' needs while providing unmatched service.

Key Requirements

  • 21 years of age
  • Valid Nevada Gaming Control Board registration
  • Alcohol Awareness Card
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years luxury hotel & casino experience preferred
  • Ability to type minimum 35 wpm
  • Proof of US work authorization
