Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Graduate of accredited ultrasound program
  • Perform lower and upper extremity venous duplex exams
  • Perform carotid and visceral duplex exams
  • After-hours call availability including holidays
  • Preliminary interpretation of vascular imaging

Nice-to-have

  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Experience assisting with student education
  • Ability to troubleshoot scheduling for critically ill patients
  • Knowledge of Epic system for charge completion

Key Requirements

  • RVT credential preferred or registry eligible per ARDMS requirements
  • Registered as Vascular Technologist within six months of employment
  • Minimum of 1+ years of clinical experience in vascular sonography
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
