Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
• Employees must ensure residents are comfortable, assist with personal care needs such as bathing and dressing, and maintain accurate records of vital signs and food intake.
• Staff are required to report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse or unauthorized disclosure of protected health information immediately.
