Job Summary

• The Field Engineer is responsible for all field operations in their assigned area, including installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, and billing, to maintain and improve customer satisfaction and maximize business growth and profit.
• Field Engineers will strive to improve their technical skills, including clinical knowledge of their assigned equipment, to support the effective operation of healthcare services in medical institutions, including commercial proposals, and gain customer trust.
• They will work together with the assigned sales representative to contribute to market share gain through services and build good relationships with affiliated dealers as business partners to develop business rooted in the region.

• Ability to accurately escalate and resolve issues at customer sites
• Valid driver's license
