  • The DOR is responsible for implementing new programs to meet the clinical and operational needs of the facility and its residents, holding administrative authority and accountability for rehabilitative services.
  • This role involves directly supervising and guiding all Rehabilitation personnel, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and managing department productivity and quality of services.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Physical Rehabilitation, Occupational Rehabilitation and /or Speech Language Pathology
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, OT or PT Assistant, and or Speech Language Therapist
  • CPR certification, if required by licensure
  • Proficient in computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care
