The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) oversees the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department for assigned facility or facilities, including the delivery and coordination of direct and indirect services.
The DOR is responsible for implementing new programs to meet the clinical and operational needs of the facility and its residents, holding administrative authority and accountability for rehabilitative services.
This role involves directly supervising and guiding all Rehabilitation personnel, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and managing department productivity and quality of services.

Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Physical Rehabilitation, Occupational Rehabilitation and /or Speech Language Pathology
Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, OT or PT Assistant, and or Speech Language Therapist
CPR certification, if required by licensure
Proficient in computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care
