Job Summary
As a Longwall Foreman, you will perform various tasks related to of longwall operations personnel and management for their respective shift and department.
Supervise all personnel and activities on the longwall section, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high safety standards.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 5 years of experience in underground coal mining

Valid Alabama Underground Mine Foreman Certification (or ability to obtain)
Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
