Key Requirements

  • 10+ years overall ServiceNow experience
  • 3+ years solution or platform architect role
  • Proven experience designing scalable ServiceNow architectures
  • Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow integrations
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow configuration
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical change
  • ServiceNow certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
